This Refund Policy ("Policy") applies to purchases made on the Advokit website (the "Site") and governs the terms under which refunds may be issued for our products and services.

1. Refund Eligibility

1.1. Software and Digital Products: Due to the nature of our products being digital downloads and/or software subscriptions, refunds may only be issued in limited circumstances, as outlined below.

1.2. Subscription Services: If you have purchased a subscription service through Advokit, you may be eligible for a refund if you cancel your subscription within the first 30 days of purchase. Refunds will not be issued for subscription cancellations made after the initial 30-day period.

1.3. Individual Products: Refunds for individual digital products may be considered on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you are entitled to a refund for a specific product, please contact us with your request and provide a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund.

2. Refund Process

2.1. Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Please allow up to 7days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

3. Non-Refundable Items

3.1. Certain items are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Services provided by Advokit, such as consulting or custom development work.
  • Products or services purchased from third-party vendors or partners.

4. Exceptions

4.1. In exceptional circumstances, Advokit may issue refunds outside of the terms outlined in this Policy at its sole discretion.
